All of our chile peppers are grown in the world-famous Hatch Valley of New Mexico, ensuring you get the most authentic flavor and heat levels possible.
How should I store my Fresh Chile products after opening?
Once opened, our jarred sauces and salsas should be refrigerated and are best consumed within 3 to 4 weeks for maximum freshness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of some items and customs regulations on food, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
